Refund Policy
Field Time Ag offers a free version that lets users explore the interface, create or import fields, and set up their data before purchasing. Simulations can be run in the free version, but estimation results are hidden. Access to actual estimated field completion times requires a paid subscription.
Because paid features are accessible immediately, purchases are non-refundable, except in rare cases where the software fails to function at all or a critical technical issue prevents reasonable use. Temporary issues, intermittent errors, or problems caused by future updates do not qualify for a refund.
Terms of Service
Field Time Ag is licensed software provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Licenses are non-transferable and may be revoked in cases of misuse or violation of licensing terms. Field Time Ag is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
